You already do the work.
Let people find it.

Every day, someone in your community needs exactly what you offer — and never finds you. They ring round. They get an out-of-date number. They give up.

The Support2Thrive directory of local organisations

The honest picture

It isn't that support doesn't exist. It's that nobody can see it.

Local directories go stale within months. Your best events are announced on a Facebook page a support worker will never see. A referral gets emailed into a shared inbox and nobody knows whether it landed. Meanwhile you're asked to prove your impact with numbers you've had no realistic way to collect.

Invisible to the frontline

Support workers ring round from memory or an outdated spreadsheet. Smaller organisations rarely make the list at all — not because they aren't good, but because they aren't known.

Referrals that vanish

A form is sent. Nobody confirms receipt. The person tells their story again to the next service, and again to the one after that — and at some point stops asking.

Impact you can't evidence

Commissioners and funders want outcome data. You know the difference you make. Proving it shouldn't require a data analyst you can't afford.

What you get

Everything below is included. Not a trial. Not a starter tier.

Support2Thrive is built to be paid for by the councils and statutory partners who need the evidence layer. Support organisations are the reason the platform works — so you are never the ones who pay for it.

01

Listed free. Forever.

No fee, no card, no tier that unlocks later, no bait-and-switch once you depend on it. Your listing and your account are free permanently — whether you are two volunteers in a church hall or a regional charity with 200 staff.

02

Your profile keeps itself current

News, events and group sessions are pulled through from the sources you already maintain, and you approve what appears before it goes live. Post it once on your own site — no second website to keep alive, no listing quietly rotting in the background.

03

One source of truth for your team

Every member of staff and every volunteer sees the same accurate picture of what is available locally — opening times, eligibility, referral routes, who to contact. New starters stop guessing. Nobody sends someone to a service that closed last year.

04

Refer to several organisations at once

Someone rarely needs just one thing. Send a single referral to housing, debt advice and a peer group together — one form, one consent conversation, one story told once. Each organisation sees only what it needs to see.

05

Coordinate, don't duplicate

Once a referral is made, every organisation involved shares one audit-logged conversation about it, so everyone can see who has picked up what. Fewer crossed wires, fewer gaps, and no more discovering that three services were all chasing the same thing.

06

See your referrals and what happened next

Who referred to you, who you referred on, what was accepted. Live figures on demand instead of a frantic reconstruction from inboxes and notebooks two weeks before a report is due.

07

Access levels that fit real teams

Managers, caseworkers, volunteers and sessional staff each get the access appropriate to their role. A volunteer can look up services without ever seeing sensitive referral detail. You control who sees what.

08

Encrypted, audit-logged and UK-hosted

Personal data is encrypted at field level, every access is audit-logged, and the platform is hosted in the UK, certified to ISO 27001 and operated under UK GDPR. When a commissioner asks how you handle personal data, you have a straight answer.

09

Evidence for commissioners and funders

Referral volumes and demand patterns are recorded as they happen, and can be exported for bids, monitoring returns and board reports. Small organisations get to compete on the strength of their work rather than the strength of their reporting function.

10

One community-wide calendar

Every group, drop-in and event across the area in one place. Fill empty seats at your own sessions, stop clashing with the organisation down the road, and give your staff something concrete to offer when someone needs support this week.

Getting started

Three steps. About ten minutes.

There is no implementation project, no procurement process and no system to migrate. One person from your organisation can do the whole thing between meetings.

1

Claim your listing

Find your organisation or add it. If it is already listed, ask to claim it and we will verify you against the contact details your organisation already publishes.

2

Connect your sources

Point us at your website, news page or events feed and your profile keeps itself current from then on. Prefer to update manually? That works too.

3

Invite your team

Add staff and volunteers at the access level that suits each role, and start sending and receiving referrals.

4

Show your impact

Referral volumes and demand patterns build up from day one, ready to export when the next funding bid or monitoring return lands.

Start now — it's free

Whatever your size

A community sector only works when all of it is visible

The lunch club matters as much as the commissioned service. Both are on here, on the same terms, at the same price.

Volunteer-run and small

You get the same visibility as organisations with a communications team, and a credible evidence base the next time you apply for funding — without adding admin you don't have capacity for.

Established charities

Cut the time your team spends chasing referrals and answering "who else could help with this?". Coordinate properly with partners and report against your outcomes without a manual data exercise.

Commissioned services

Demonstrate reach, referral flow and social value against your contract, and give commissioners a defensible, auditable picture of the pathway around your service.

The obvious questions

Free forever — so what's the catch?

How is it free if it costs money to run? +

The funding model puts the cost on councils, health partners and statutory commissioners, because they are the ones who need an accurate, evidenced picture of local support. That picture only exists if support organisations are on it. Charging you would defeat the purpose.

Who owns our data? +

You do. Your organisation's information stays yours, and you can remove your listing at any time. Personal data relating to the people you support is handled under UK GDPR with defined roles, retention periods and audit logging.

Will this create more work for my team? +

The opposite is the point. Auto-population means you maintain your information once rather than in six directories, and structured referrals replace the phone calls and chasing emails that already eat your week.

We already have a website and a CRM. Does this replace them? +

No. Support2Thrive sits between organisations rather than inside them. Keep your website and your case management system — this is the connective layer that lets you find each other, refer to each other and coordinate.

Could you start charging us later? +

The free listing and organisation account are a permanent commitment, not an introductory offer. Our revenue comes from statutory and commissioning partners, and it will stay that way.

Share knowledge. Support each other. Thrive together.

Every organisation that joins makes the map more complete — and makes it likelier that the next person who needs help actually finds it. Add yours.
